An exhaustive research leads to a stronger product design.
I thoroughly enjoy the research process as this is where my mind is flooded with ideas for developing a strong brand strategy. With most of my time spent in researching, I try to gather as much information as I can about the business’s market, customers’/users’ needs, their pain points and the product’s competitors. I also like to evaluate the business’s previous design strategies and marketing tactics to aid in building a solid, long-term, functional design plan.
I try to obtain both qualitative and quantitative data (wherever possible) in order to secure the grounds for my research as I move forward with the plan of action.
